When a project needs us to walk the property before we can price it accurately, a site-visit fee applies. We’ll tell you the amount up front, before anything is scheduled.
Every free estimate is a ballpark figure. It gives you a realistic starting point, and it can change once we see the full scope, final selections, or the property itself.
